For BA you must be 12th pass, if you choose Diploma after 10th you are not eligible.

Hey Saaima you must complete 12th 1st as The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary/ 10+2 Standard from a recognized university. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% at the 10+2 level.

You can go for PGDM in TQM, quality assurance, operations management, production management, After a gap of a number of years you can apply for the graduation as a private student. PGDM Admission is mostly based on entrance exams like MAT CAT XAT and more. PGDM Top Colleges: IIM Kolkata, NMIMS, SPJIMR etc. You can do it from like Distance Education: NMIMS, IGNOU Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Nalanda Open University etc.
