Yes, you can study a PGDM course after Diploma in mechanical engineering. You can go for PGDM in TQM, quality assurance, operations management, production management, After a gap of a number of years you can apply for the graduation as a private student. PGDM Admission is mostly based on entrance exams like MAT CAT XAT and more. PGDM Top Colleges: IIM Kolkata, NMIMS, SPJIMR etc. You can do it from like Distance Education: NMIMS, IGNOU Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Nalanda Open University etc.

There is no issue you can do in you want to do creative field but it more different from pharma and you should have good drawing skills with you already. You have already completed your B.Pharma you will still be eligible but it may be possible that no credit is given to the Bachelors degree that you have done.

You can do it from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) as it is available there and it's duration is for 1 year. As per my knowledge, the eligibility is MBBS degree. Unani system of medicine might not be considered as the eligibility.
