I would strongly recommend that you download the brochure cum application form of IGNOU. I am sure you want to do this in distance mode of education. If you have completed your 12th along with your Diploma then yes you can go for degree in HM. Without 12th you can take admission in Degree programme of HM.

Yes, you can. You can do a Diploma after class 10th, class 12th, or after graduation also.

Basically, Diploma is something which you can do after 10th, 12th or even after graduation. If we Particularly talk about Diploma in Hotel Management then you can take the admission in any HM college which offering you College training along with on the job training. As the duration of Diploma is for one or max two years. The training plays an important role over here. You have to look for best training institute. For example in Mumbai.
