Tamil Nadu Open University gives many degree courses through distance getting to know for 10th skip college students.

Annamalai University also affords degree publications thru distance training for tenth completed applicants.

As per current AICTE and UGC guidelines, B.Tech through distance education is not permitted in India because it involves practical and lab-based training. However, you can explore alternatives like B.Tech for working professionals (part-time or evening mode) offered by some approved institutions. Ignnau (Indira Gandhi National Open University) is a popular option, known for its strength and distant learning options. Among other universities offering similar programs, Dr. B.R. M.A. in Astrology by correspondence/distance/online in India The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers knowledge in Vedic astrology to a high level, and this course is very popular. Historically other educational institutions providing such programs or similar courses were Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU) Hyderabad and Shree Maharshi College of Vedic Astrology.
