If you have completed Diploma in Engineering, then B.Tech lateral and part time are the options. AMIE is another option recognised by MHRD. BE / B.Tech part time or distance courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue them.

Doing B.E. /B.Tech courses through distance mode is not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence, never pursue it. It’s better to do AMIE recognised by MHRD of India.

As per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue a LL.B. Course through distance/ correspondence/ online modes. Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India.

MY AGE IS 32 and I am 12th passed, I want to do B.A. LL.B. So I want to know the age limit to do it from CCSU (correspondence) PART - TIME.

The B.A.+LLB (5 years Integrated course) is a regular mode course at CCSU and can be done after 10+2 with minimum 45% of marks. The CCSU has not specify any age criteria for this course. However, there is no upper age limit for pursuing this course through the CLAT entrance exam applicable for Natio
