Normally, you have to score minimum passing marks. Minimum passing marks in each subject are just 35. You can score more if you work hard.

If you are doing any course through distance learning just for the sake of degree then there is no problem. SCDL has a better market reputation than other universities providing distance learning in India. If you have a job, then simultaneously you can get the degree & SCDL is the best choice.

Sorry, distance LLB is not valid as per the guidance of the Bar Council of India. Hence, i would suggest not to pursue.
