You will have to drop out and restart from the beginning. If you have just started BMS i.e. still in the first year, then you can look for vacant seats (which is unlikely at this time of the year). You will have to restart from 1st year BMS correspondence. Unless you are looking for just a graduate degree, do not go for correspondence degree in your Bachelors education.
