All the programmes of study offered by the Directorate of Distance Education of Annamalai University have the approval of the Distance Education Council, New Delhi. Hence the value of courses offers by Annamalai University DDE is equivalent to regular courses.

Annamalai University offers M.E. Structural Engineering program on regular mode basis. Hence M.E. Structural Engineering program through distance or part time mode is not available here.

Yes, you can do, if your correspondence MA in clinical psychology degree is a recognized degree.
The eligibility criteria are MA / M Sc in Psychology or equivalent (minimum 55 %).

Because you are not specific about the Universities/Colleges, hence the eligibility criteria for M.Phil in clinical psychology of Christ University Bangalore is given below. Eligibility criteria : Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the Postgraduate level examination with an aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent grade in Psychology from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
