If you are from a reserved category, then yes, you can apply for admission here but if not, you are not eligible. Minimum eligibility for admission in PG courses is 50% in Bachelors degree in relevant subject.

IGNOU is a distant learning University. Last date to apply for all degree courses is 31st July and 15th July is the last date to apply for all certificate courses.

Yes, but take care that year of getting the degree is different. For example, if you get B.Ed degree in 2022 then try getting M.Com degree in 2023.

I would like to tell you that no engineering course via distance education mode is recognised. AICTE doesn't approve such courses.

Yes, you can do this course as the eligibility criteria for admission is that you have to score 50% or above in your 10+2.
