For correspondence courses in B.Com, you need to pass in class 12th. As you have scored 83% already, so you are eligible to take admission in this.

IGNOU and DU are good choices for you. You may even try CU. It is also good.

For doing distance MBA as well some institutes have their own open test and you need a work experience of minimum 3 years.

Distance learning from a good institute is better and can help you in your career. So try to pursue distance MBA / Executive / Part time MBA from any of the top 15 management institutes.

You can pursue M.Sc. (Geography) - Two years Duration Course - from Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras, Chennai. You can apply online also. Exam could be written in Bangalore also.

If you have a Diploma in computer science engineering - three-year duration course from a Polytechnic college, then you are eligible to pursue a B.E. /B.Tech. (in computer science engineering) through Part-time (Evening or Weekend) programme of three year duration. There is no Distance Learning in BE.
