Hello Navdeep,
To apply for NTA NET exam, you should have a Masters' degree from UGC approved university with at least 55% marks. It doesn't matter in which format you have completed your degree. As per your subject you can apply for UGC NET Tourism & Management exam. If you want to appear for Junior Research Fellowship, you must fulfil the age criteria also i.e. 30 years. OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgenders category' aspirants get relaxation of 5 years.

I can tell about only two colleges in Bhubaneswar that offer B.Sc through distance mode:
