Recently, just a few weeks back, UGC has announced that all distance education courses in professional subjects are banned. Diploma in agricultural engineering is also a professional course and I would not like to advise you to go for Diploma via distance education mode, even if some institutions are offering this.

Hello Himanshu, I will suggest you to Pursue Corporate prefer distance MBA is offering by Symbiosis center for Distance learning offering PGDBA, PGDITM, PGDRM, PGDHRM and so on it is recognised by UGC-DEB and Tailor-made Management programme. Fees structure varies among courses. If you prefer only on state MBA then IGNOU Delhi (Openmat) is eligibility, University of Mumbai, Delhi university are best with low fees of 1.5-Lacs-280000. You can't do a BA in 1 year and this not a legal way to get a degree. Yes, Institute of distance and open learning provides distance education mode. If you are looking for a one-year bachelor course then look for the foreign university as they offer a one-year bachelor degree. Although you shouldn't look for a one-year degree course foreign universities are the option you have. You can also look for below options also:-

It is not possible (it's illegal) to go for class 12th without clearing class 11th. So, better clear your class 11th, and then think about class 12th and CS.
