The minimum eligibility criterion for Diploma in education D.Ed courses has been reset to the higher secondary certificate (HSC). The government had recently announced that the eligibility criteria will be changed from HSC to graduation. However, for this year, the old criteria will be applied. Since you are a commerce graduate, then why are you again applying for graduation in totally different field, else go for MBA or M.Com. The point is why you don't go for Masters now as you have already completed your graduation. All the best.

Masters of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year master's programme. Although, some universities also offer this course as one year. M.Ed programme can be either studied as a normal degree or as a distance or correspondence mode. The degree is available in various subjects and the regulatory body in charge of the course is National Council of Higher Education.
It is mandatory to pursue M.Ed degree, if one wishes to teach at college and university level. It involves research work on education, psychology, sociology among others.

Any college will be to give you B.Tech through distance mode. If any college gives you admission, it means the college is useless. No college can give you the technical knowledge through distance mode. It is better to pursue through regular mode.
