Yes, you can apply for UGC NET exam and pursue Ph.D. There is no such bar for applying for this exam.

You can apply for distance mode in BA. There are many universities that offer BA through distance mode. You can apply in DU as well.

i do not think so. you will get a proper certificate at the end of the tenure of the course and not any regular certificat however verify it from the institution once.

Amity University-Mumbai doesn't have Distance education for any courses. 75% attendance is mandatory for the students to write their exams.
