Yes, you can. IGNOU and other open universities run bridge courses, so as to pursue Bachelor's degree. http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soss/programmes/detail/145/2 click the link for more. There is no need at all for having class 11th and class 12th standard. Alternatively, pursue class 11th and class 12th standard via private mode or get admission in NIOS, then after pursue BA from distance or private mode.

If you are looking for Punjab region, then try to go for Lovely Professional University because the distance MBA of LPU is worth pursuing and you will be getting placements as well on that basis also.

Some distance education B.Ed colleges in Tamilnadu are:
Annamalai University:The students must have a graduate degree from a recognised university under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern. As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognised by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission intoAnnamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.
