Hi,
V T Choksi provide full time B.Ed, but here are the list that provide B.Ed in distance.
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University
BJ Patel College of Education
Government B.Ed College
Shri Mahaveer Vidya Mandir Trust
Vidyabharti Trust College of Education
Bhagwan Mahavir Education Foundation
Vivekanand College.

It does not have much value when compared with other colleges. You would not be preferred much. It is just that you complete a degree with no significant value to overcome.

You can do it for MD University or Kurukshetra University.

It is always better to do MBA regularly, as you will get better placement and practical exposure.

Yes, you can pursue, but first check the eligibility criteria. As you want to pursue it through distance learning, there are different eligibility criteria to do B.Ed from distance learning, as you must have some teaching experience.

B.Ed distance education has been stopped by most of the universities for general public. It is now academic degree, not valid for teaching job. Other jobs one can apply. Those who had joined as teacher earlier with out B.Ed can complete by private study or Distance. The government had made regular B.Ed compulsory for all.
