Yes, you can apply for the admission in Annamalai University for M.Sc Applied Psychology. The candidates who have completed degree in any stream or equivalent examinations are eligible for this course. You can directly apply to this college. The eligibility is that the candidate must be a graduate from a recognized college/university.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after Diploma via distance education mode. Unfortunately, UGC has clarified only recently that there is no permission for doing professional courses in distance mode of learning. Hence, I would strongly advise you to not think on these lines. However, you can surely think of joining regular college. Best wishes to you.
