I don't think so that this course is available in Madurai Kamaraj University or any other distance learning university. This courses must be available in the regular university.

It is safe to get information, directly from the UGC. You will find there a list of unrecognised universities. Or else, visit the nearest Degree College and find out from them. You will find a list of universities which are fake, if you enquire at them.

Yes, of course a distance degree from a recognized distance university is equally valued to a regular degree. The only difference between the two is, one is inside a classroom and one is inside a virtual classroom. A degree earned from Indira Gandhi National Open University or Sikkim Manipal University of Distance education is as valid as the degree obtained from any regular colleges of India. This is because both the universities are recognized by UGC.

Distance BE/BTech courses are invalid for employment purpose as per AICTE guidelines, Hence never pursue these. It is better to do lateral BE/B.Tech course.

Hello Aamir,It is playing with fire, if you are thinking of doing your M.Tech via distance education mode. Recently, UGC has banned many professional courses from being taught via distance mode of education. I strongly would like to advise you that please don't go for M.Tech via distance education. Best wishes to you.
