Sorry, no such type of institute is there which offers distance education in engineering. Further, there is no organization named AISCE which imparts approvals. Regular M.Phil is possible if and only if your Masters degree fulfills requisite percentage demand for M.Phil as well as recognised. It does not matter if the Masters degree is acquired through regular or distance mode.
