No, Kashmir University offers its MBA programme in distance learning mode. Through Centre of Distance and Online Education the university used to provide a PG Diploma in Business Administration, but that has been discontinued. Candidates who want take admission in the MBA programme at Kashmir University will have to apply in the offline full-time mode through the multiple affiliated colleges of the university.

No, LLB distance education is not approved by BCI, which means you cannot practice law after studying LLB from distance education and you cannot also pursue LLM after it.

Yes, you can study LLB in distance education from the colleges that are offering this course, but it should be a recognised one. Although, for practicing Law you need a LLB degree from a regular colleges, as Bar Council of India does not accept LLB degree from distance education.

I know the distance MBA HR from IGNOU for the July 2024 session has closed its registration portal. However, I can give you some general information. The programme is a 2-year distance learning Masters of Business Administration with a total fee of INR 62,000, payable in four semesters of INR 15,500 each. To be eligible, you will require a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks and three years of managerial or professional experience. The July 2024 session registration is already closed, so you can opt for the January 2025 session or contact the regional centers of IGNOU for further information.
