Yes, you can do distance MBA even you are not doing any job. But it is recommended you do regular course for better opportunities.
It is not sure shot that you will get job opportunities after distance MBA but you still will have better chance depending on the hard work you put in.

The general eligibility criteria is 10+2 passed from a recognised board with PCM subjects or passed valid (and relevant) 3-years long Diploma course from a recognised institute.
But it has been noticed that eligibility criteria may vary from one institute to another. But reputed institutes stick to the criteria that has been mentioned above.
ADMISSION PROCESS
Reputed institutes rely on the merit-based admission process. Marks scored by students in 10+2 board exam and/or relevant entrance test is taken into consideration. Based on the marks scores, a merit list is formed.

Most institutes offering the course admit students based on their performance in the HSC (10+2) exam. The candidate needs to have:
Completed the 10+2 level of education from a recognized educational board.
Secured a minimum aggregate score of 50% at the 10+2 level.
Have reasonably good problem-solving and mathematical skills.
