Yes, you are eligible for B.Ed in distance education/correspondence but it is always good to have some work experience when you go for courses through distance or correspondence as it adds more value to your degree.
Major institutes consider candidates who have a regular degree for different job positions.

Mahatma Gandhi University, Kolkata do offer MBA distance. But for detailed fee structure you need to contact the college.

For admission in postgraduate courses, students should hold a Bachelor's degree in the science subjects or related fields.
Admissions will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination while some other colleges and universities conduct their own entrance exams to screen candidates for admissions.

There are many universities like Annamalai University, Indira Gandhi National Open University, Symbiosis University. Do check the eligibility before applying to any of the university.
Pursuing any course through distance education will be beneficial only if you are working or having work experience.

Hello Ravi,
It's good to know your dream of doing graduation in engineering. Yes, there are distance learning courses. But UGC is pressing for stopping of all courses via distance which requires practicals. So hurry and select the university that is still offering BE via distance mode.
