Indian IT industry is slowing being challenged because of go-political and global economical changes. Therefore, it is preferable to do MCA from a regular university which has a good placement record. In case due to personal reasons, you are unable to do regular MCA then MCA from IGNOU is a good option.

You can enter in the 2nd year through LEET exam. B.Tech through distance is not a good option at all, unless you have a strong reason. Later, in your job you will have to justify the same.
