Thus, candidates must contact admission desk to learn about refund policy for cancelling admission. Generally, candidates are offered refunds based on UGC norms.

There is no mention of any rules whether candidates can apply for Virohan: DPG Institute of Technology and Management before receiving their Class 12 board exam scores.
Generally in merit-based admissions, candidates are unable to apply without their Class 12 board exam result.
