It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering offers BTech, MBA, MTech, and BA courses. The present study is the students perception of the food quality in the hostel mess of Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering, which is quite moderate. The meals may be healthful and filling but has varying reports on facets that concern palatability and food choice.
