The admission process at Dublin City University depends on your program. International students applying to undergraduate programs should apply through the UG application portal of the university. Whereas, international students applying for postgraduate programs should apply to Dublin City University through the Postgraduate Applications Portal

Dublin City University is a public university. In Irish its Ollscoil Chathair Bhaile Atha Cliath. It is quite a young university and it was established in 1975. It was created as teh National Institute for Higher Education in Dublin. It is one of the finest universities in Ireland for higher education.

Hello,
You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
