Dublin City University campus has sports facilities which includes, an indoor sports complex, an exceptionally well-equipped gymnasium and climbing wall, a floodlit Astroturf pitch and four grass pitches for a variety of sports. Students can take part in a wide array of social, sporting and intellectual activities by joining one or more of our 80 clubs and societies.

There is a dedicated Societies Development Officer who is responsible for maintaining and improving society activities within DCU as well as encouraging the formation of new societies. Some of the previous students also recommend to go for a hike, explore museums

The admission process at Dublin City University depends on your program. International students applying to undergraduate programs should apply through the UG application portal of the university. Whereas international students applying for pg programs should apply to Dublin City University through the Postgraduate Applications Portal

Dublin City University is a public university. In Irish its Ollscoil Chathair Bhaile Atha Cliath. It is quite a young university and it was established in 1975. It was created as teh National Institute for Higher Education in Dublin. It is one of the finest universities in Ireland for higher education.
