Hello Amit,
To become an electronics engineer, your brother needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard. During this time, he can also join a good engineering coaching institute for better preparation. After completing class 12th, your brother needs to appear for various entrance examinations. I would suggest him to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.

Hi Gaayathri,
For instrumentation engineering and electronics, you should check universities in US, UK, Germany and Singapore. Most of the universities offer this program under the name of control systems engineering.

I would suggest you to go for Electronics engineering since this field of Engineering is growing at a faster rate and have a major role to play in the current scenario of the industrial world. Electronics and tele-communication engineer are highly paid
And let me you tell that Extc (Electronics and tele-Communication) engineer are more hired by companies.
and but if you want a core and evergreen job background, go for electrical engineering.

Yes, so are the countries like Germany and US. Admissions are competitive so you should check university's websites before applying. In terms of opportunities and research activities Canada is a good choice.
