Students will not be negatively marked for wrong answers in VITEEE. For every correct answer, one mark will be allotted. Since wrong answers will not be marked negatively, the students are advised to attempt all questions. By attempting all questions, the students will have more chances of scoring well in the exam.

About 25% of seats are reserved for JEE Mains students but the cutoff hits 97% at max. I am sorry to let you know maybe the information you have got is false.

Yes, if you qualify in AUEET (Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test), you will have to pay a fee to secure your admission in the respective course offered by the Andhra University.
