You have got a decent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a in IITS you better go for a NITS in josaa counselling. So based on your you can choose JoSAA counselling.

No board marks will be taken into account for calculating JEE Main score from the year 2017 onwards. Candidates who have passed the 12th class or equivalent exam in 2015 or 2016 (not before 2015) are eligible to apply for this exam.

Matrix Academy is the best institute for IIT in Sikar, Rajasthan. I am recommending the name of this institute because so far this institute has the most experienced faculty among all the institutes in Sikar. Hope it helps.

Yes, you can give the exam for IIT JEE after doing Polytechnic. Yes, when you passed your Diploma. You can appear for the IIT JEE exam and be selected with the same process as the 12th students. I hope it helps.
