No, there is no any application is needed after completing the JEE Advanced registration process. However you needs to know your JEE Main application number and password before starting the JEE Advanced registration process.

As per the your category rank you obtained, NITs for B.Tech courses is little bit difficult but can be eligible for Integrated M.Sc. And dual degree M.Tech courses of NITs. The GFTIs and CFTIs are the other best available options. So never be depressed every thing will be fine. Please participate till the last round of counselling.
