It is very nice to see that you are interested in doing your PG from Jadavpur University. It's very well-known institute of WB. However admissions normally are effected only based on eligibility which is GATE for all students including quota students. GATE 2020 CSE question paper will on available on IIT Delhi's website as the exam was conducted on 8th Feb, so it will be available on IIT Delhi website.

As per JET exams, at the time of registration, only you can choose your exam centre and for year 2020, the date for exam has already been given of 15-16 Feb.
