First, you should get your basics clear. For that read the theory, clear your concepts. You can refer to HC Verma for basics. Then you should practice different questions. I found book By BM Sharma from Engage Publication very useful. Also keep giving mock tests continuously. Try solving a variety of questions.

As per the Physics syllabus, weightage of JEE Main the important chapters are: Waves, Simple Harmonic Motion, Units and Dimensions, Rotational Motion, and Newton's Laws of Motion from class 11th. The important topics from class 12th are Electrostatics, Magnetism, Current Electricity, Optics, Modern Physics.
