The percentile depends on the number of students appearing as well as the highest mark obtained so there is nothing like minimum marks for a particular percentile.

As you have scored well so you have bright chances of getting any NIT as well as MNIT in Jaipur that is EC branch so definitely apply for the same.

You should give an attempt to April exam also as you might score better than this and improve your chances of getting a best college other than IIT. So, I would advise to give a chance as while preparing for advance you would obviously get prepared for Mains.

The AIR varies from year to year. Seeing the past year data, I could say that you need to score a minimum of 170 marks in JEE Mains.
