Hello Alphine,
Yes, there is a relaxation in your board exam scores. The Pwd candidates should have a minimum of 65 percent in their board exams. Hence, if you have a good JEE score, then you are eligible for JoSAA counseling.

Exam is important and yes, it is. However, we cannot do anything about JEE Advanced result 2019 http://bit.ly/2JFqAwU as it totally depends on the cutoff. I would like to suggest you pay the efforts in preparations rather than getting worried about the results. If exam is difficult, it is difficult for all. Just do not mug up and mess up but at least do not give up. Remember you have cleared 12th and JEE Mains. If you have prepared well then why to worry. In case you do not get selected in the IITs then also life does not stop here.

Hi,
You cannot get admission in this college with this score in JEE Mains. You should try for private colleges available in the list of JOSAA counselling.
You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Hi Saurabh,
You might get VIT with this score. However, define the branch of your interest first. Depending on that, you might or might not get that particular Branch in VIT. So first decide it. I hope this helps.

It will be very difficult for you to get computer science and engineering at MIT-Gwalior with this score in JEE Mains. So, you should apply for information technology, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, civil, mechanical, etc. You will get these branches easily.

If you are a general category student then definitely no. However, there a little chance of getting admission in AIHM Chandigarh if you're an SC/ST/OBC category student. The cutoff is usually high for AIHM Chandigarh. So my answer is no.
