As you have scored 88.7 percentile in jee mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process of JOSSA. But getting computer science engineering in the first round of the counselling will be difficult for you. Actual cut-off is not declared but first 20K will be called for in next month. But obviously, CSE is the most sought after branch and hence closing rank is very tough. Last year, it was 7000. Best wishes.

With this rank of 20000, you can get computer Science and engineering at VIT University, it is difficult to get, you can try some management quota there

Yes, you can go. They just need your rank in VITEEE but not JEE main.
As you've a good rank in VITEEE, you'll get the branch of your choice.

There is a chance to get this but branch is not known.
