Hi Hartej, If you want to get CSE in BIT Mesra, then you need to have an AIR in between 4500 and 10000 in JEE Mains. For Thapar University, it should be between 10000 and 15000. All the best.

Hello Gokulrajan, from this year onwards, NTA will decide ranking and cutoff based on percentile and not on raw marks scored in JEE Mains. Hello,
His percentile is too low to get admission in any good engineering college with a specified branch, I would suggest you to ask him to prepare for the exam again that will be held in April and best of two scores will be counted, so it's the best chance for him to improve his score.

Hello Siddhant,
You have got a very decent score in JEE Mains. It is expected that the cut-off would be between percentile figures of 75 and 80 and hence with this you will definitely become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced and also eligible to seek admission in NIT, but whether you will get admission in NIT or not will depend on how many with better percentile than you seek admission for the course and the NIT that you desire. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you once you input your percentile. I would, however, like to advise you that you must appear for the exam again in the month of April for improving your pe
