Hello,
I feel this is enough for scoring 60+ but you must be completely known with these books and the questions in it. Moreover, there are many big books for reference, if you are gonna write this year you won't be able to complete atleast half of those books of RD Sharma, etc. Well, these are very good for reference.

It's very nice to know that you are thinking already of What to do after completion of your engineering degree. First and foremost concentrate on learning the subjects for the sake of learning and not for the sake of getting marks. This will go a long way in your career progression in future. Yes you have better to opt long term for preparing for JEE Mains as you are taking gap of one year. We can have 3 attempts for JEE Mains. With in that 3 attempts you have to clear the Mains exam.

Don't stress. It is only common for u to do that. I just appeared for JEE Mains yesterday. The paper was with medium difficulty levels but can be cracked easily if u are thorough with ncert textbooks especially for chemistry. Practise last years model papers and get enough sleep.

You should be opting for NEST-NISER Exam for which the applications are currently being accepted online with a fee of Rs. 1000 for General Category students. JEE is for B.Tech and B.Arch.
