Hello Rakesh,
As per the present indication and information the exam is scheduled to be held on 19th of May 2019 and the application fill up will start roughly 2 months before this that. But I am sure this date is likely to change since JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on 19th of May. I would suggest you for coaching centers in which 3 of them are in Kotak and one in Delhi. They are Allen, Resonance, and Vibrant in Kotak and FITJEE in Delhi. You can also go to Jaipur. In these places, the atmosphere for study is awesome. And, in these four coaching institute, according to me I think Allen is the best among all four of them.

Hello Aishwarya,
First of all, keep your focus in your coming JEE exam. Do your 100% in upcoming exams. Almost all IITs and some NITs have Environmental Engineering. Infact, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and IIT Kanpur are better suited to offer world class Environmental Engineering course. Here it is a link for colleges in Delhi and Delhi NCR google it-
