Both have their own career prospects. The old college has a very good experience but lack of new technologies while the new college has lack of experiences but having new technologies. You can choose anyone because both are beneficial for Computer Science Engineering.

Yes, if you have home state quota, you can even go till the CSE and ECE. Else, you are definitely up to ECE, EEE and rest all branches below. Last year's cutoff for CSE was 21 - 22 thousand for other state and around 24 - 25 thousand for home state CSE.

With your given marks and assuming general category, you will not be able to get into CSE and any branch of IT.
I would suggest you to go for private colleges of Indore as they have good placements such as Acropolis, Medicaps, etc.
Moreover , the cutoff for HOMESTATE for CSE and general is 25 thousand to 26 thousand and for non - home state is 21k - 22k .
