Cochin University of Science and Technology(CUSAT) is a government-owned autonomous science and technology university in Cochin, Kerala,India. Founded in 1971, it has three campuses: two in Cochin and one in Kuttanad, Alappuzha, 66 km inland. The university awards degrees in engineering and science subjects at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Nearly 6520 students engage yearly in undergraduate and postgraduate study at the university.

It depends on which category you belong to. If you belong to SC/ST/PWD, you are eligible for advance. But if you are from general or OBC category, then you cannot give the exam of JEE Advance.

The JEE Main exam is the first step of the admission process through the IIT-JEE Examination. The JEE main exam for the paper 1 and paper 2 was successfully conducted in April. The CBSE has released the JEE main 2018 result for paper 1 on 30 April. Similarly, the JEE Mains 2018 result for the paper 2 is scheduled to be published on 31 May.
