Yes BITSAT may be a good option but for VLSI design IIT Madras is considered the best university.

Hello dear,
It totally depends on:
Number of applications received for JEE Mains 2018
Difficulty level of the exam
Performance of the candidates
Previous yearsu2019 cutoff trends of JEE Main
But The cutoff of JEE Main 2017 is the lowest in the last five years it is 27, for qualifying JEE Mains score 60+. And for JEE advance, you have to get minimum of 6 in each subject and 64 Minimum Aggregate Marks. So, try hard and score as much as you can (score near 150 or above).
Best of luck.

Do hard work, without hard work nothing you can achieve. For government college you can try the state level engineering examination like BCECE.

If you're serious about cracking GATE, then start taking your major subjects of CASE seriously. The ideal time to start preparing for GATE is from 3rd year and as you're in college it will be quite difficult to do self-study as you also have to manage your Graduation studies. So, it is good to join a offline coaching class where you will get a mentor to guide you through out your journey. Mostly, all coaching centres provide weekend classes which can be manageable with your college.
Good luck.

Sachin don't worry about the JEE Mains exam. Also, don't worry about any sate level exam, score well in only 12th, I am telling you, you will get a decent college. With admission, they will provide you scholarship also. Given your 12th exam without worrying about any thing.
Best of luck for exam.
