Yes, it's quite possible for you to get these branches. Not sure about CSE but ECE is something you can get. You can go for NIT in your state for state quota.

Hello,
Right now, cut-off marks are not declared, but 80 marks are quite enough to cross the OBC cut-off, but for checking the rank, please follow the link provided and fill the details required to check the rank:

To get into prestigious institutions, the calls will be made individually by the colleges for the admission. To get into state colleges, you just have to cross the cutoff of the particular college and have to submit the GATE scorecard.

Rank is calculated by taking into consideration the number of students appearing for exams. So I will suggest you to search for a formula over the internet and calculate your rank. It is easy. After that, you need to provide a list of colleges according to your marks while filling the admission form. No, the JEE Mains ranking is only based on the marks you score in the exam, not on your 12th score.

You can take admission in any private college for B.Tech. Stay aware & updated about state level counseling in your state, on the basis of your board marks you will get your seat there.

You cannot get admission in IIT on the basis of JEE Mains, but clearing it is an eligibility criterion for taking JEE Advanced which is the exam for getting into IIT.
For JEE Mains, you need a minimum of 100 marks to stand a chance, but you are still not in the safe zone.
As every year the cut-off revolves around 100.
For Advanced, the max. rank to get IIT-Kanpur or Kharagpur is 30K to 35K but then too you have to compromise with the branch.
