No, you just missed it by one-year. However, if you are a naturally born in Andhra Pradesh, you can get admission in there.

Actually, CUSAT does not accept MAT score. You can try either CMAT or KMAT. IIM CAT score also accepted. The cut-off will depend upon the exam. For example, in the case of KMAT, it may be 70 percentile, for CAT it will be 60 percentile. Reserved category students may get some relaxation on cut-off. You can contact the university for more details.
Currently, marketing students are getting more placement. Here dual specialisation also available. You can take marketing and operations or IB and operations, etc.

NCERT is not enough to crack JEE Mains and Advanced. NCERT only helps you in chemistry only but not in physics and maths. For physics, you should go through HC Verma.

Hi, IIT Madras is known as one of the best college.if you wish to go abroad for higher studies after M.tech, I would strongly recommend you to join IIT Madras. It has a really great brand name among IITs across the world and the chemical engineering department here has professors known worldwide in their field.If you are aiming for placements, I won't recommend you to join IIT Madras.

I will suggest you to first strengthen your fundamentals as it is very important for your class 11th and 12th board and very well needed for the IIT exam. IIT exam is not a rocket science, you just need to be more dedicated to proper time management as you have to balance your 11th with IIT preparations.
For example, if you read Kinematics, I will suggest you to make your fundamentals strong with a standard book or any other means with which you feel comfortable then solve your class 11th questions first and analyze yourself and then refer to the previous year question papers of IIT and try to solve them as well and analyze your solving
