Approx. you need to have 60% or above in your Diploma then you can get it easily.
I would suggest you to before taking admission for B.Tech in any college please you learn integration, differentiation and ITS applications in 12th class mathematics because most of the time lateral entry student suffer due to class 12th maths.

The scope of M.Tech: It's better to do M.Tech/MS from the reputed college like NITs and IITs otherwise if you will do from a private college or any govt university you will end up with same like finishing B.Tech and nothing in hand. There are a lot of opportunities after M.Tech/MS like placement, you can go for higher studies like Ph.D in IITs or you will get a chance

If you could not apply for UCEED exam for the upcoming session, you will have to apply next year then. There is no other way you could appear now for the 2018 batch.
