Speak to the admission authorities and have the mistake rectified as soon as possible, before you get allotted the wrong stream. You will have to contact the admissions office of the particular college where you are seeking admission, and speak to the authorities regarding your application form. In JMI the ranks were as follows:-
For general candidate: 25k-30k (safe zone).
For Muslim candidate: 40k–50k(safe zone).
For Muslim girl candidate: 60k-80k (yes, it is possible).

You have to get a score of 220+ to get this rank.

No need to take JEE or any other entrance exam for BE lateral entry. That has a different admission process for which you directly contact the college.

Yes, it is necessary. Though you have a good percentage in board exams the admission is based on the ranks in JEE Advanced and so you need to write JEE Mains as well as JEE Advanced.
You need to have a minimum of 75% to be eligible to write JEE.

JELET is an entrance exam and n number of students can appear for the exam. Cut-offs published by authorities for this exam will decide the number of seats which can be filled up after appearing for this exam. Hope this helps.
