IIT is the dream of many candidates who left behind everything to make their dream true and a little mistake and lack of proper guidance give a bitter taste to the candidate result.
Here are the few common mistakes that a candidate do during their preparation:-
1. Never underestimate NCERT e.g.; in 2016 3 questions asked from Biomolecules chapter 14 from chemistry 12th and true line is mentioned in NCERT book.
2. Never try to collect a lot of books if you want to refer only one side book because going through the different book may confuse you.
3. Try to miss less classes no matter where you are studying because may be a class which you mi

Hello Pritesh,
You have enough time. Firstly congratulations for even thinking of preparing do much in advance.
Actually it's very simple. You have to make time table for study of each subject every day. Also you have to assign time everyday for exercise, Pranayam, some leisure activity. This will keep you fresh. Then once a week take mock test. Also join some coaching class since they teach tricks how to answer correctly in minimum time.
Best wishes

If I had to sum up the placements of safety and fire engineering from CUSAT, I would say it is better than any other branch that the college offers.
Let me start by giving you an idea of the pros and cons of placement at this college:
Pros:
100% batch placement for fire and safety engineering branch.
Starting salary of 8-10 lacs for the same branch.
The placement and training cell is highly responsive and has managed to attract a lot of companies for its fire and safety department.
Many numbers if PSU'S and other more private firms show up during placement season of the college.
Also, you get many opportunities for internships too.

To get a rough idea of what the minimum marks could be, kindly have a look on the previous years' opening and closing rank of the college. It will be available on the institute website or you can get in JOSAA website, that manages the seat allotments through JEE Mains.

Sure, you can. 5 months is a long time, you can join some good crash course of 3 months to align yourself for IIT Advanced and devote 2 remaining months for mock exams and practice.

Hello Shinoy,
Preparation for JEE Mains is actually very simple. You assign time every day to study all subjects, time for exercise, time for your hobbies. All this is most important since nobody can only study continuously. Then attempt to solve sample paper every week. It will tell you about your status of knowledge or understanding of concepts. Finally, join some coaching class which will teach you about how to answer questions in shortest possible time.
Best wishes.

There is no such special coaching for SRMJEE. Prepare rigorously for JEE and you can easily crack SRMJEE. I would suggest to aim for IITs, NITs and BITS.
Self-study is the most important aspect which no one can deny, but coaching certainly gives an edge. Good coaching always give ample time to do self-study. Over the years the number of coaching for JEE has grown and each of them claims to be the best, so JEE aspirants seem to be confused of which coaching to take which will be best for them. I am putting forward the Best IIT JEE Coaching Classes in India:-
Allen Kota- 2000+ students have cracked JEE Advanced and 25000+ students have cr
