There is no minimum percentage required in HSC for getting admission in NID. For this, you have to appear in that (Design Aptitude Test).
You don't need to appear in JEE exam, as it is only for Engineering and Architecture aspirants.

Hello,
West Bengal appears to be the only state not insisting on domicile certificate for taking WBJEE. The official announcement has been made and full information is available on its website. However for benefit of students I will state few important facts.The WBJEE will be conducted n 22 Apr 2018. It will be in Pen and Paper mode only. There will be two papers. One for maths and other for Chemistry + Physics. Both papers will be two hours duration. Any citizen of India can appear. He/she should be of minimum age of 17 years. There is no upper limit. It's a nice query to ask. Almost students who want to pursue engineering are faced with this issue. But I would advise you not to worry. What needs to be done, one has to simply do it. Having said this, I want to allay your fears. If you are preparing for JEE then you need not prepare separately for WBJEE. Having said this, it does not mean that you can just relax. This is really a challenging task as just getting a good book is not enough, you need best mentors and preparation for JEE from Class 8th then only one can get perfection in their subjects to score best marks in the exam.
For the concepts, if you like to be absolutely clear then apart from your notes, you can consider the following textbooks:
a) Physics: HC Verma, DC Pandey, Resnick and Halliday Walker and NCERT.
b) Maths: I A Maron for Calculus, S L Loney, Amit Agrawal, IIT-Mathematics by ML Khana and NCERT.

Based on the individual subjects, here is what you should do and where you can focus upon a bit more:
Physical Chemistry: Remember the formulae and practise the questions. Focus: Thermodynamics.
Inorganic Chemistry: Do a little bit of reading from the start so you are in touch with it constantly. Focus: Analytical Chemistry.
Organic Chemistry: It also demands constant and regular efforts. Focus: Reaction Mechanisms.
