BITSAT is one of the tough exam for engineering in which you have to score more than 300 out of 450 to get admission in BITS Pilani campus, and I don't know which level you are asking as BITSAT syllabus is designed in such a way in which whole syllabus of any board is covered, so it depends upon you weather you are strong in PCM or not.

Yes, GATE exam is compulsory for all the students who wants to go for higher studies after B.Tech and through GATE exam score, you can get the college.

The answer depends on the region where you are searching for the coaching. Let's see the scenarios of some of the major cities:
1. Chandigarh is the coaching hub from the past decade. The best coaching in Chandigarh would be Lakshya Institute since they managed to produce AIR 1 in JEE 2017. Allen Institute also gave top ranks in JEE 2016 and prior years as well.

Yes, JEE authorities allow you to appear even if you are to give 12th exam. Your success in JEE depends on your score in 12th.

It depends on you that in which field you want to go or in which field you are interested in. Some are interested in studying further by giving GATE and do M.Tech. Some students want to go abroad and study there, so they give exams accordingly, while some wants to be IAS officer, collector and whatever related to government officers they give exams accordingly. So, it is all upon you that in which field you have interest. And, also if you have mentioned your question correctly like telling your interests it will be easier to answer your question, but whatever I have mentioned all you can do, now it's up to you what you want to.

JEE is the tough exam in which student really prepare hard to crack the exam and the syllabus prepared by the board cover all the portion of class 11th and 12th but BITSAT exam is also one of the tough exam in which one has to score more than 300 marks in the exam for getting admission in BITS Pilani. In BITSAT exam there is a more portion which is english and logic reasoning so this portion needs some more attention in which if a student really practices this problem then he or she can solve all most all problem correctly.
