Hello Sanjay,
GATE exam is only for admission into post graduate programs in the top Institutes like IIsc, IITs, etc.
To get government jobs you need to appear for the respective exams satisfying the eligibility requirements.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering(GATE) is an examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science. GATE is conducted jointly by the IISc and IITs on behalf of the National Coordination Board GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India. GATE score is used for admission in M.Tech in various Engineering colleges in India. It is also used by PSUs for hiring entry level Engineering jobs.

You have to just apply for the B-School in Maharastra and you can take admission on the management seat.

Hello Ishfaq,
No, the only way to get admission for undergraduate engineering programs at IITs is to qualify both JEE Main and Advanced. There is no other way.
