Hello Suyash,
IIIT Hyderabad is one of the top engineering colleges of India, so you need to score very well in JEE Mains to get admission there,so any score more than 240 marks in JEE Mains is considered safe for getting admission there.

The exact date is not known till now as there is no official announcement for that.
You need to refer www.annauniv.edu or www.tnea.ac.in for further updates.
As the NEET counselling commences from July 17, the TNEA counselling will probably begin on or after July 17 only.

Well, as per your rank, you will not get any worthy colleges under WBJEE domain, so it will be better for your career to choose other colleges via any other examinations,or you may try via management quota to be in top colleges if you want to spend some money.
